3 (and 4) Bike Arms: They can carry up to a maximum of 3 (or 4) bikes although 2 (or 3) bikes may be the maximum for bikes with wider tyres, handlebars, or pedals. If you need to carry specifically 3 (or 4) bikes or bikes with complex frame shapes, then we suggest looking at our wheel support racks.

Retractable Tow Bars: If using with a retractable swan neck tow bar, you may not be able to retract and stow the tow ball with the 'On the Ball' mounting block fitted.

Note on use with motorhomes – We do not recommend using ‘On the Ball’ mounting racks with motorhomes. We recommend checking with the manufacturer of the tow bar as to the suitability for use with a ‘Behind the Ball’ bike rack.

A universal mount that fits around the tow ball and consists of two parts which are bolted securely together – the first part contains the sockets which the bike rack arms fit into and the second part is a back plate so the two components sandwich around the tow ball. Both parts are moulded inside to the shape of a tow ball to give a perfectly sturdy, secure fit. Due to the way this fits around the ball you will be unable to tow when the mounting is in place.

Will fit: Standard 2 bolt flange tow bars only.

Raised Supports for longer bikes: Now available with optional raised tyre supports at the front. The front 6 tyre supports are replaced by raised versions which allow longer bikes to fit outside the chassis. These are recommended for any bikes with long wheelbases, particularly downhill mountain bikes and electric bikes or any bike with a wheelbase greater than 1100 mm.

Our trailers are Type Approved. It is a legal requirement that all new trailers sold in the UK are type approved.

6 Bike trailers are manufactured to order and are usually subject to a 4 week lead time.

Please note that as this is such a large item it is not subject to our usual delivery charges.

Standard delivery is of a palletised trailer which requires some simple assembly (two people may be required for lifting the chassis, assembly consists of fitting and tightening nuts and bolts and requires spanners and sockets).

Pallet UK delivery is £65.00. We also offer 'enhanced delivery' options of Pre-10am or nominated timed delivery at an additional charge of £20.00 (please select this option at time of purchase. Delivery of a fully assembled trailer may be arranged but will be subject to extra costs.
